Welcome to KERVAN. By accessing our website (`kervan.ae`) or using our SaaS Dashboard (`Kervan OS`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services & Tools
KERVAN provides two main types of services:
- Agency Services: Consulting, SEO strategy, and implementation (subject to separate client agreements).
- SaaS Tools: Free and Premium software tools for SEO analysis, including the Dashboard, SERP Simulator, and Audit tools.
2. Account & Security
To access the Dashboard, you must authenticate via a Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KERVAN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
3. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New accounts may be granted a limited-time "Pro Trial" (e.g., 7 days) automatically. After the trial:
- You may choose to upgrade to a paid subscription to retain Pro features.
- If you do not upgrade, your account will revert to the "Free" plan with limited access.
- We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Use of Google Search Console Data
Our Dashboard requires read-only access to your Google Search Console data. We use this data solely to provide you with visualizations and insights. We do not claim ownership of your data, nor do we share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The code, design, and algorithms of the Kervan Dashboard and Tools are the exclusive property of KERVAN. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell our software services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SEO Disclaimer: While we provide data-driven insights, we do not verify, guarantee, or warrant specific search engine rankings (e.g., "#1 spot on Google"). Search algorithms are third-party systems outside of our control.
The SaaS service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or error-free operation.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Dashboard if you violate these terms, abuse our API, or engage in scraping activities.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
